Pumps are the heart of any basement, so it’s only right that they have a ‘heartbeat’. Any SideWinder compatible device, when connected to your Wi-Fi will provide a data heartbeat to the SideWinder Tech™ monitoring system every 15 minutes.
A heartbeat provides the SideWinder Tech™ with a package of data, the SideWinder Tech™ then analyses this data and determines whether or not any human intervention or action is required. If the heartbeat isn’t received, this raises the alarm and notifies the Op-centre, who will decide what to do next.
