All new service plans are subject to an ‘Initial Service’ at a cost starting from £276.00. This is to assess the premises and ensure the pump systems and equipment are in full working order prior to a service plan being entered.

Existing customers do not need an Initial Service if the pump station/s were last serviced by PPS within 6 months.

  • What is ‘Dynamic’ Servicing?
    • The SideWinder Tech™ remote monitoring system defines a service interval specific to your equipment and how it is being used. We label it ‘dynamic’, the artificially intelligent software adapts servicing intervals based on the live operational pattern of your equipment. Choose to benefit from one of our remotely monitored service plans, increase the lifespan of your equipment and make a cost saving on the price of your plan too!

  • Can I pay for a service plan upfront?
    • Yes, of course. The full two years will be charged for up front.
  • How long is the service contract for?
    • Our minimum contract term is 24 months (2 years).
  • What is remote monitoring?
    • Using SideWinder Tech and an associated IoT/Wi-Fi device (AlertMaxx2 or Rego1), we can remotely monitor the condition of your pumps 24/7/365! The Sidewinder automatically analyses data sent every 15 minutes from the pumps and uses a traffic light system for reporting potential fault conditions. With a PPS SideWinder Service Plan (PumpSmart or PumpSmart+), peace of mind comes as standard. Our dedicated Op Centre is manned around the clock to act on alerts. Using predictive maintenance, we will advise of any issues before (and if) a problem occurs, ultimately avoiding costly breakdowns.
  • Areas covered Our head office is in Bishop’s Stortford but our engineers work from support hubs throughout England. The blue areas show the locations we cover. For services in Scotland and Ireland, please contact us for local approved agents.

To be eligible for the monitored PumpSmart and PumpSmart+ plans, a SideWinder Tech™ device must be installed on the premises i.e. AlertMaxx2 or Rego1. We can supply and install a SideWinder Tech™ device for an additional charge at your request, subject to an initial site survey, Wi-Fi set up and sufficient signal. All service plans are subject to an initial service, at a cost starting from £276.00, in order to assess the premises and ensure the pump systems and equipment are in full working order prior to a service plan being entered into.

*Dynamic servicing includes at least one guaranteed service per year.

Prices quoted for PumpLite are for one Delta standard pump station only. Prices quoted for PumpSmart and PumpSmart+ are based on a standard Delta Dual V3 groundwater pump station and a single Delta Foul V3 pump station. Prices are subject to change depending on health and safety requirements of the premises. Upfront payment may be required. Prices may go up during your subscription. All prices quoted include VAT and have a minimum 24 month (2 year) term payable by direct debit and are subject to an early termination charge. We do not cover the following within any service plans, major pump station cleans (including hire of tanker/jetter), blockages due to abuse of the system, build-up of waste, maintenance to incoming pipework or discharge pipework, incorrect installation by a third party, inability to lift manhole covers and inability to service due to access issue at the property, excessive build-up of washing powder due to using powder rather than liquid and cleaning of the drainage system.
