To provide ongoing maintenance and support to your client, we offer a suite of service plans. These plans ensure your customers pump stations remain in factory condition throughout their entire life. We will support your customer moving forward and provide an exceptional aftercare service. We’re so confident; we give a lifetime warranty on parts for the life of our most popular plan.

After commissioning by PPS, we re-start the manufacturer’s warranty (18 months on pumps and 24 months on accessories). To keep the validity of this warranty, the pump station and associated accessories must be serviced within a 12 month period. As the manufacturer’s of the equipment, PPS are best suited for this.
