If a piece of equipment manufactured by PPS has failed, don’t worry, we’ve got your back. Use the form below to start our simple warranty claim process. The failed equipment will need to be checked by our Warranty & Inspection Department before a replacement is issued. If you have removed the piece of equipment, we can arrange a courier to collect it from you or we can arrange for a free* engineer visit to remove the equipment.
*If PPS attend to remove/test a product and it’s found not to be covered under warranty, a charge of £230 (ex. VAT) will be due from the customer along with any parts replaced on-site.
