As P3 did not want to leave their valued customers without a supporting service provider, PPS has stepped in to ensure the entire P3 customer base (new and existing) are looked after and their pump stations maintained to the highest of standards.

We offer exceptional aftercare for your pump station with our comprehensive suite of service plans or PAYG servicing. We will be there for you 24/7 (even on Christmas Day), and we’ve created an online Knowledge Base that can be accessed anytime, anywhere in the world – it’s ever-growing and ever learning.
Our service plans start from as little as £21 a month, with our most popular plan (PumpSmart+) including servicing, parts, callouts and a lifetime warranty for the time of the plan. If you choose PPS, you’ll be in good company, we already provide peace of mind to over 3,000 property owners throughout the UK, and we manufacture over 2,000 pump stations per year – yours is probably one of ours! As well as being SideWinder Tech™ accredited (the industry-leading remote monitoring software), we ensure our engineers are fully trained, qualified and work to the highest of standards. We offer bookings when they suit you, we’re entirely paperless, and we aim to be at your property within three hours in the event of an emergency.
