Today it’s business as usual at PPS. We have staff based in the office and the field, as always we are here to protect your property. All our vans are fully stocked with equipment, which is further backed up by vast stocks in our Warehouses. The health, safety and welfare of our staff and customers are at the forefront of my mind, that’s why we’re ensuring all our engineers are fully equipped with the necessary PPE to ensure this.

As always, we continue to offer a 24/7 service. We have listed mobile numbers for our staff on the website accessed here. Some will be working from offices set up at home. All staff have access to their email accounts, so they will be able to respond as usual. If you do not get a response from a member of the team within 15 minutes, please feel free to contact another staff member.

If your household is self-isolating due to illness, please advise our Service Representatives before we attend your property, to allow us to move your booking to a more suitable time in the future. If you have an emergency call out, please also make our Service Department aware of any illness and/or COVID-19 symptoms before we arrange to attend your property.
