As restrictions are gradually lifted across England, keeping everyone safe remains our priority. The pandemic may still evolve due to existing variants or to new ones developing, and we shall continue to remain vigilant and follow official guidance as and when it is published.

Throughout the pandemic so far, we have focused on ensuring that all customers would be attended to and provided with second‐to‐none customer care whilst operating in a safe environment at all times.

We will continue to have all necessary safety measures in place, so you can book your appointment with the confidence that our teams act professionally and responsibly, with your safety in mind.

Before any appointment, we shall ask if anyone in your home has Covid‐19 symptoms, is vulnerable or shielding or has been asked to self‐isolate. During the visit, our Engineers sanitise their hands prior to entering your home and throughout their visit will wear face masks and disposable overalls, when required. They will also maintain social distancing whilst on site and for jobs requiring 2 men, our policy has always been to pair the same two engineers from the start of the pandemic –and, more generally, none of our Engineers have suffered any COVID‐19 symptoms due to the strict measures we put in place –so we could always provide the resources as and when required to attend to your needs.
