In light of the latest announcement from the UK Government, I would like to take the time to update you on our recent COVID-19 plan and measures we have in place.
PPS will continue to provide our crucial services to homeowners and commercial properties throughout the latest national lockdown. We have staff based in the office, at home and in the field, to ensure a continuation of our services and, as always, we are here to protect your property and ensure you remain safe in us doing so. All our vans are fully stocked with equipment, further backed up by vast stocks in our warehouses and roaming distribution van. The health, safety and welfare of our staff and customers are at the forefront of my mind, that’s why we continue to ensure all our engineers are fully equipped with the necessary PPE to ensure this and follow the guidelines listed here.

As always, we continue to offer a 24-hour service and if your pump stations are remotely monitored, our system continues to work around the clock as always.
If your household is self-isolating due to illness, please advise our Service Representatives before we attend your property, to allow us to move your booking to a more suitable time in the future. If you have an emergency call out, please also make our Service Department aware of any illness and/or COVID-19 symptoms before we arrange to attend your property. If you do not feel safe with PPS entering your property during this time, please email or call to re-arrange your appointment in the coming months.
